What’s happening

In May, Serve Robotics today announced the launch of our partnership with Uber Technologies, Inc., the world’s largest food delivery and ridesharing platform.

Starting this May, select Uber Eats customers in Los Angeles who place an order on the Uber Eats app may receive their food via a Serve robot. The on-demand robotic delivery partnership will start in Los Angeles and lays the foundation for future expansion.

Serve looks forward to delivering a seamless, convenient experience for Uber Eats merchants and customers and scaling our platform to serve more communities.

How it works

Order via Uber Eats
Select customers who place food orders via the Uber Eats app may receive the option to have their order delivered by a Serve robot.

Track your order
Customers selected for robotic delivery will see a confirmation screen, receive app notifications and be able to track their robot’s location as their order approaches.

Unlock securely via phone
Once the Serve robot arrives, customers can use the Uber Eats app to open the robot and retrieve their order from the secure cargo compartment.
